Our staff is made up of some of the best. Some are the front and center faces you see at each run and some are working behind the scenes. We couldn't do it without our entire team!

Richard and Crystal Tate
Richard and Crystal are the founders and co-owners for Diamond TD Productions. Richard and Crystal have been married for six years. Crystal and Richard are full time business owners and proud parents to three sons and many bonus children. The Tate's continue to strive to give back to the roping and barrel racing community.

Maci Dycus
Maci is a co-owner of Diamond TD Productions. She is happily married to Dalton and they have the most precious little boy, Wyatt. Most of her free time is spent chasing Wyatt and her horse Tipsy around the pasture.

Kaley Cooper
Kaley is the mom to Jenna and works behind the scenes doing anything from, keeping our membership points updated, uploading to the website, to helping setup before our runs kick off. You will usually find her in the announcers stand on a computer keeping times entered during the run or at the sign up table helping wherever she is needed. She strives to keep the IT side of Diamond TD running smoothly.

Travis Childress
Travis is marreid to Kim. You can find Travis on one of the tractors in the arena going above and beyond, helping keep our shows rolling with some safe and fast ground. We couldn't do it without him.

The Broussard's
Terrence and Annie are the proud parents of Savanna and Sara. You will find this whole family hard at work at all Diamond TD shows. While you can find Terrence on one of our tractors keeping the ground in tip top shape, Annie's smiling face is always at the back gate hard at work keeping all of our contestants checked in and ready for their run. While mom and dad are hard at work, the girls are also working hard. When they aren't warming up and running their horses, they are setting barrels, running paper work back and forth, helping Annie at the gate and always willing to help where needed. This whole family goes above and beyond.

Shannon Craig
Ms. Shannon and her beautiful horses, Cowboy, Lexi, and Whisky are known contestant at all Diamond TD shows and we absolutely love them. At our shows, Ms. Shannon is always lending a helping hand from keeping times during the run to setting barrels. You can also find Ms. Shannon working behind the scenes double and triple checking those membership points and standings to keep everything correct and up to date.
